The state Attorney General’s Office has filed misdemeanor charges against a deputy district attorney and a San Diego police sergeant accused in an alleged ticket-fixing incident last year, according to a complaint filed Friday.
San Diego County counts its homeless
Friday was the annual point-in-time homeless count, when volunteers around the nation get up before dawn to document those sleeping on the streets. More than 750 people around San Diego County helped with the Regional Task Force on the Homeless effort.
